(HEH) has developed an environmentally friendly fuel with a high energy value of 94 MJ/kg, which can reduce CO2 emissions by over 60 % and SO2 emissions by up to 75% when used in coal-fired power plants. Depending on the type of coal and its energy value, it can replace 40% - 60 % of coal in TPPs and heating plants. The production price for 1t of HYDROGEN PELLETS (HP) is about 350 USD/mt. A HP factory should always be built near the TPPs. HP consists of about 50% slaked lime - Ca(OH)2, about 25% water and about 25% various substances; there are about 35 different substances which are the secret recipe of this fuel. THE PROCESS HAS BEEN INTERNATIONALLY PATENTED.
